Sassy Cheryl's Digi's are for your personal use only to print and use in making handmade crafts and cards, following the terms of the Angel Policy.

Refund Policy:  Due to the nature of Sassy Cheryl's products (immediate download) refunds are not given.  If there is a problem with your download or image, I will gladly work with you to solve the problem. If you need to contact me about your purchase, just drop me an email.

How do I login or Create an account:  Look add the very top of the page.  There is a Sign in or Create an Account button.  

What's in the file?  File includes the black & white (jpg/jpeg) image (see example below) along with a copy of the Sassy Cheryl's Angel Policy.  Images are large enough for resizing.  (Please note that the colored image in the Sassy Cheryl's Digi shop is for sample/inspirational purposes only and are not included in the file)

After my purchase, how do I download?  All Sassy Cheryl's Digi's are available for immediate download after purchase.  Once your payment has been processed through Paypal, a return link will be provided that will redirect you to where you may download your files.

I don't have a Paypal account, may I still make a purchase?  Absolutely!  All purchases go through Paypal, but you are not required to have an account.  To place an order using your credit card, simply add any items from the Sassy Cheryl's Digi's shop that you'd like to purchase.  Once you confirm your order, it will take you to the Paypal page.  Look towards the bottom left of the page and look for the following:

"Don't have a Paypal account?"  Use your credit card or bank account.  Just click on the Continue button and you may securely check out using your credit card or e-check (bank account).

**Please note that if you pay using an e-check that they are held for 7-10 business days.  Image(s) will not be available until the e-check has cleared.**

Download availability:  Your downloads will be available for 6 months or 5 download attempts.  Whichever comes first.  If you are a first time customer or are having trouble downloading your purchase, please email me for assistance.  

**Please back up your images/files on a cd or external hard drive in case of computer failure**

How do I unzip my files?  

*After you download your files, save them to your documents

*Click on the file and it will open and then save the image file to your documents

*Open in your preferred program and print

How do I resize my images?

*After you have saved the image to your documents, open it in your picture manager to create a JPG.

*Then go back to your documents and open the JPG.  Right click to copy.

*Open MS Word and right click to paste the image.

*Once it is open in MS Word, do the following:  

*Format, Picture, Size.  Resize
